Default Please tell me your dimensions

    Hi All,
Wondering how big your pachinko machines are?

I am referring to the outside dimensions of the wood frame.

Only have two modern machines myself (as of today); both of them are 20-1/2 inches wide and 31-7/8 inches tall (TIGHT)

Please tell me your pachinko machine name and dimensions in inches or metric.

Not sure this is the correct forum, but I am interested in modern and vintage machines.

    THANKS

As far as I know the demensions are the same as yours. The machines I have are all the same size. I think that is the standard size for all pachinko machines, so the parlors can interchange thier machines with no alterations in thier cabinets.

its much eaiser to shim a little larger cabinet, than to have to do a complete rebuild because it won't fit

I have ten machines and they have about 1/8 inch of difference. If you build a cabinet, I suggest to have more space than 1/8 on each side. I made my cabinet with 1/8 and has been forced to sand the entrance because the wood shrinkage or was a bit misaligned when putting all piece together. That was a really pain in the ass to get rid of about 1/8 on each side of my 5 pachinkos cabinet.

Out of my 14 pachinkos 12 are all the same but 2 are wider..I'll try to get some measurements sometime this weekend..

I only found out they were wider After I cut wood for several cabinets!!

I measured the widths of all mine and 12 (3 vintage, 9 modern) are 20 7/16" wide..And 2 (modern) are 20 3/4" wide..The 2 wider ones are obviously made that way, its not just differences in the wood frames since the laminated fronts are the same wider width..

I've always wondered why those two are different..Maybe there was a short time when maybe a parlor chain or ball management equipment company tried to make a new standard size for some reason and the pachi makers offered some stuff in both sizes?? Who knows..

The 2 wider ones are Double Game by Maruhon and Pop Culture by Nishijin..Both games came out in 1993...I also have another Nishijin game in the same frame as Pop Culture and it is the standard width!?

I just measured and the two wider ones also seem to be taller..about 32 1/4"!!
