That is the vendor I bought my E cup machine from. The start reel joystick ended up falling apart and appeared to have been glued together. I emailed and even called many times to get a replacement, they asked to send the broken one in so they could see what I needed, never did receive one back. So have had a non working pachislo for quite awhile. I did not feel very good about their customer service and myself would not buy from him again. But that is just my two tokens worth.

Giving up on him. It has been a long time trying. Hopefully through some help from this forum I will be able to get a replacement part. I am waiting to hear from Stealth to see if he can help me, my next attempt (if Stealth can't help me) will possibly be 7mile. It should be an easy fix if I can get a new joystick.

He also deals in those private auctions that I can't stand. I have him blocked from my viewing list on ebay. Not someone I ever want to even think of dealing with. Also I belive he ended up buying what was left of Republic Industries pachislo stock. So you're looking at stuff that's probably been sitting for quite some time.

Well glad to hear that people here know what kind of vendor he is. What really bugs me is that it took so long to get a response from them, then after I thought they were going to fix the problem...nothing. Well lesson learned from who not to buy from. Now I see he is doing poor custom jobs and making a lot of money from those that do not know better. Too bad everyone thinking of getting a machine doesn't come here first and learn about the machines and vendors first. I certainly have learn a few things and really glad it is here. Now if I can find someone to get the part I need from, I will really be happy.
