Looks like you have an early to mid 70s Sankyo. Seems to be in pretty good shape. It is missing the electrical. You can buy a light kit from vintagepachinko.com.

These machines don't really have names. But I think it is a B type model.

It is a "B" style of machine... looks like there is a piece ot two missing but it should be fixable...
Nice looking machine... Dosn;t look to have water stains and the chrome is all good... the other things ya can fix..
