I found a guy locally who's selling one for about $40. It looks OK in the pics (can't really tell what brand it is) but I'll have to wait till I see it in person. Cross your fingers for me, the addiction has begun!

Nice later model "A" model you have there. looks good other than the nasty ball jam you got going in the back (what happens when you play when it has no reward balls in back) when you get that cleared out it should be good to go

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping. I haven't done any tinkering yet, but I did touch a 9 volt battery to the bare wires hanging on the side and was shocked (figuratively!) that both the low ball and jackpot lights work as I was told by the seller that it had been stored in the attic for many years. Assuming that there's nothing wrong with this other than dirt and a ball jam (fingers crossed) I think I got lucky.

Congrats on your latest addition!! It looks to me to be a "complete" machine. I'm sure you will enjoy restoring an playing a Model A machine. Every vintage collector should have at least one Model A in their collection.
