Enjoy! If that was over here it would have been tempting to split them up... As I said previously the Halloween one looks like a LOT of fun!

What about fitting a switch mode type power supply to get rid of the whole power circuit, do you know what DC voltages are used?

Unsure about any internal DC voltage. i just switch mine off from the wall socket
You sould be able to replace the existing 100vac to 24 vac with a 240vac to 24vac. And just put a fused plug on it and plug into your normal wall socket.

It depends on the machine, most use straight un-smoothed rectified AC from the transformer for lamps and motors, and then just 5v DC for the logic and 12v DC for switches, sensors and other stuff.

BUT many of the machines control the lighting/motors with PWM based on the AC mains cycle, and these are triggered from a zero crossing detector, so using a DC supply is likely to cause all kind of problems.

I'd just replace with 240 - 24v AC transformers, for machines of that age you'd be able to get away with a 100-120VA rated transformer (4-5A), and they'll be cheaper and more reliable than a switcher.

If you can post a pic full front of each. And the text near the top rh corner of the playing field. That will help alot. That one gives the machine name. Play out numbers and odds.

That one is a 'Pretty Band' by Heiwa'

From the original auction pics, you've got 3 orange games made by 'Monaco', I think they were all 'Magical Lamp' or 'New Magical Lamp', Three made by 'Sankyo' with reels which are 'Fever Queen', another Sankyo in similar looking frame which is 'Magic Party', a 'New Sea Story' by Sanyo. I think the Taiyo Electric 'Maturi' framed game will be 'Gachinko 7' as that's all I've seen in this style frame in the UK (I'd like to try one of these!).

I'm not sure of the last game in the red/yellow/blue 'Heiwa Hotaru' frame, but if it's not another 'Pretty Band' it'll probably be a 'Dragon Monkey' as you don't see many other titles in that frame over here.

BTW, I've got all of these machines myself (with the exception of the 'Maturi' framed game), so if you need any repair advice or other info, ask away!
