YUP... let's erase all of the positive reviews....
Especially the ones about the LOTR... and the Popeye... and the Twin Tales (That one REALLY went out of sight $$$ wise with a review here, didn't it???)

    The Penguin is poo-poo.

    PooPoo Penguin!!!

(Dang... I'm surprised the new listing on it tonight has lasted almost ten minutes, now)
And at the same price, too.

OMG that's so funny. I guess Curt is watching
    as the pelicans say, mine.

I have a plan for the year.
I have space for six games total, and don't plan on selling any of my pachinkos.
One space as reserved for 2006. Baring price hijinks, I'd be ok getting the Penguin now,
then something great this summer from the pending June boat drop.
Probably another one or two in the fall too before the big Christmas push

The funny thing is that I had just checked his auction out and emailed him about buying one. I must have missed TA posting by 60 secs. Then saw logic probes post. Then talked to my wife for about 5 min about buying it.

John... let me know what YOU think of it.
Since you've got that Apollo, you're probably used to that bottom light "allwin" thingy... but it's the first time I've ever seen it.

Neat how this pauses after 16 shots, waits for them to fall, sees if there's a winner on that bottom row... and then resets them. Then it let's you fire again. Totally cool... and very unique. 8-)

    Does the Apollo do that?

The Giant 7 doesn't have that feature.

The Apollo does stop after about 16 shots then resets. But I wasn't sure why. There is an awful lot of tricks to learn to this machine. I know how to make the LED slot work, but it does some strange things from time to time. The numbers change color, which seems to be activated by something. Then it almost seems like I can change the direction of the slots with how I turn the knob. The short of it is, that it is going to take me awhile.

I just got off the phone with Curt.
As of today, there are 11 arctic birds left after mine.
We had a long informative talk about what's coming.
Pending games will be newer, and more sophisticated then previous seasons.
Let me just say between the two boat arrivals expected now and in fall,
leave plenty of space for new titles in your game rooms.
Sadly, Apollo1 is sold out, and is not returning.
(Hopefully, there are still Apollo1's in other inventories.)
The TA site will be updated in three weeks.

    Azlew,
I don't want to be the cause of panic and sleepless nights, so I'm not saying.
The range of titles beteen April and October will be broader then your dreams.
There will be new Everygreen titles with wide appeal like Popeye.
Others coming in orders of ten & twenty will sell out by Christmas,
while still others are coming in as few five units.

While some neoclassics are forever now in the hands of collectors,
I will say most of the new titles I've seen members hope for, are coming.

And then man twistdith the knob
and the ball was shot uponith the high pin
    and the flippers did open
and the ball did landith within the scoring point
and man did recieve fifteen balls in return
and there was much music and visual delight
and man did smile for the enjoyment did bringith him gladness and blissful delight
and man wenith about his people and told of the ball
    and the people did learn

    So endith the lesson

So since it looks like Star Wars is coming soon. How much did Texas say he thought it would go for? I need to figure out how many pencils I need to sell at the corner of my street.... :-)

    RKnarr01,
Expect this fall's high profile games to cost more.
Games like Thunderbirds will provide us access to newer, more current titles then we've had before,
but not at Dance Queen prices.
Contemporary mid level games like should provide high value at reachable prices

Just saveup what you can, this is going to be a bumper crop offering something at every price level.

James... bumper crops result in lower prices. And everyone still wins.

But you think you got an indication that prices will be a lot higher that what we're used to seeing??? OVER the current `$200 mark???!?!?!

Sounds like a cornered market... not a bumper crop.
