Default First Modern Sankyo Super Combi

I got my first modern machine this week. Found it on Craigslist on Monday. It is a Sankyo Super Combi. The guy that had it couldn't get it to work (he had 150 balls for it). I also couldn't get it to work right until I disconnected all of the wire harnesses and reconnected them (it had a #7 error code). Regardless, I've got some work to do on it. I've finally gotten it to where I can play it. It had evidently been dropped at one time, it's not exactly perfect. The rod that is inside the shooter had been broken and replaced, unfortunately, the diameter on the rod was a little bigger than original, so instead of being spring loaded to go back to go back to minimal, it stays wherever you have it. I don't know exactly how it is supposed to play, so there may be some more wrong with it. There are numbers 1-4 on one side, and 5-8 on the other, and the 5 is always lit. Also, when I get a ball in the start pocket, the machine starts going crazy, and some numbers in the window start going. I'm assuming if I get 33, 37, 73, or 77, that it goes into "fever" mode, which I haven't seen it go into yet. If anyone has any information on how to play this machine, I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Does anyone know if a Daverob dongle will work in this machine?

It should, as long as it's a CR case (has the buttons on the shooter tray)

Yours is the 'modern' version of these:

I got it to "fever" it's crazy... I don't have enough balls, and I now understand the need for a cabinet. Incidently, it requires a 33 or a 77, in case anyone else gets a machine like this in the future... Time to go to bed. Maybe I'll leave the machine alone for a day or two. No more "testing"... It could also use a good cleaning.

Finally stopped playing it long enough to clean it/put some feet on it. I had a yellow rattle can so I figured I'd get the feet to match.
