da-bay cancled my auction.. it claims that my auction was dangerous and unsafe... they claim any Bullet that is made post Civil war is agenst the rules..

i just had them pull my ad for dvd x copy software this week, i sold some magazines on guns auction a few years ago.

ebays rules even go as far to say a "Practice round" or shell or what ever... is agenst the rules if it is made out of any metal..
a "practice round" is the safest thing there is...retarded rules...

So many rules and regs these days but you never know the stupidity level and lack of foresight some will display. I recently saw an informative poster/safety warning of a graphic pic where some tech was having trouble getting a pin in the 50 cal mount. So not having a suitable tool to use as a hammer he takes a live 50 cal round and hits the pin with the primer end. The round exploded and took 3 of his fingers and most of his hand with it. You wouldn't think you'd have to tell people not to do that but...
Anyway, with this country being so litigious and nobody taking responsibility for their actions, you get rules and more rules.
