Another Payout problem
We have a great Nasuka that we would like to keep instead of returning to Hammacher schlemmer. The payout stopped working after we moved to our new home. Something in the move across the country stopped the payout. The ball hopper is full. Balls go into the bonus door, but there is no payout. I would love to keep it instead of exchanging it! Thanks for reading the post.

you may have loosened a wire or board, check everything on the back to make sure its all connected.
i the little metal tab by the 2 top tracks flipped out of the way of the ball tracks
if you can find the ball dump, dump all the balls and reseat it, then reload the balls

ok, found the ball release and restarted the system. The ball drop closest to the front panel dropped several balls, one at a time, and then stopped. We played for over an hour and got the bonus door to open. The LED display on the front gave a F1 and E1 alarm. Balls were in the hopper and we reloaded the shooter tray in the front. The alarm cleared and normal play resumed. What do the F1 and E1 codes mean?
