Yes - there are a great many Japanese who love the nostalgic feel of old school ippatsu-dai (one-shot) machines (which this is one of). All 10 and 13's were very popular in Vintage models, as many of you know. There will be a small, but rabid following, for these in Japan (if the machine is actually any good to play, which I don't know about).
