Well maybe I'm wrong but I don't see anything missing. probably the hole for screws are to hold extra plastic protector.

the ball dump tube is gona be hard to find... is there anything missing that makes the game unplayable??
as for the left??? could be just the light block... the piece that the wires a soldered to...
looks like the whole fuse block is missing as well

argh Mopar is right, I didn't thought about the ball dumper.. it could probably made using Plexiglas

I can try, but I will need one for a template and this is the only Heiwa I have.
