no 3 balls pay out error code 1
Since today my Jackie chann gives the error code 1 ..
I looked in the back off the machine the balls wont go thought the part with a small plastic weel (scoop) were normaly the balls go beneath there are now no balls...
Can i give the jacky chann mayby a hard reset
please help me
