It says in the statement that question was not the game decider. In the video, it said there were two questions remaining... so if they had been correct, they would not have won the money outright. Who knows what happened on the next two questions, of course, they would have had more money to spread around. It is unfortunate, but hopefully, they will do well next time.

for some reason i wasn't able to watch the video.maybe the show should let them play again from that point on ,using their first answer as correct,and use the original 2 remaining questions.that would be fair.

FOX will abuse use and Cheat people any chance they get so i watch "House" and "Bones" only and forget the Really Crappy Fox Yellow sheet that they call News

I read that the answer to the question came from 3M itself.
so if the answer came from the source I don't think you can blame the game show for getting it wrong.
