    Default LED bulbs without LED conversion?

    Can anybody tell me if these LED bulbs work in a vintage pachinko using a 9v wall power supply without doing a LED conversion?

    I didn't look at the link but I put in LEDs in a couple of old single shots and try work jut fine. You're most likely going to need a resistor though if using a 9 volt.

    I've gotten pretty mecanically adept at vintage machines but I'm pretty much electrically stupid...what's a resister, what kind would i need and where does it go?

    A 9 volt will burn up LEDs so a resistor is a small component that goes inline to decrease the current going to the LED. Resistors for this application are very small, cheap, and can be found at radio shack. Best place to learn about what you need to do for this is the Internet. I don't have a link but it's simple, easy to find info. All you're going to need is the LED, battery, wire, solder, and the appropriate resistor. They're color coded to let you know how much resistance they are and their tolerance.
