Bisty payout tank will not stay full!
Hi, this is my first support ticket. Being a technician I've done some troubleshooting myself but the solution is beyond me. Can you help me?
Problems: 1) unit not paying out 2) unit tank not holding balls
Symptoms: payout not working correctly. payout tank will only allow 10 balls to be stored; anymore and the payout motor shots them back to the main tray. Machine will also not payout at all regardless of conditions. The payout motor will only work to remove balls from the tank.
Error Indication: the error code is 1 & 7
Steps Taken: I've replace the payout motor and the payout switch.
Question: Do you recommend i replace the payout board? If so can the board be repaired if i don't have an extra? Could it be something I'm not thinking of?
