Electronic ball shooter not working

Hi all,
I have an old 70's Pachinko machine I restored but I bought a newer one that is electric and have a problem with the electric ball shooter not working.
I'm just getting into the newer Pachinko machines and need some help.
I have a "Sankyo Big Slot" also known as "Sankyo CR Fever Casino".
Every thing seems to work great except that the electric shooter doesn't work.
Is there any repair manuals or owner manuals out there on this Pachinko machine?
Or does anyone know what could be causing it to not work?
I have checked all fuses I could find and all are ok.

make sure you are touching the metal ring behind the shooter knob. Also check your bypasss dongle (used to trick the pachinko to thinking it is hooked up to the card reader system in the parlor) on the back, it may be loose or shorting. It may look like a printer cable end without a cable coming out or it may just be the plug with some parts glued on it. If you only see what looks like a 25 pin "D" (old printer port) connector you may need to get or make a bypass dongle.

Hi yes I am touching the metal ring but it has no dongel attached.
Is there sonewhere I could buy one or instructions on building one?
