Not Accepting Tokens

Hi,
I have a James Bond Skill-Stop Machine that I have owned for 10 years. It hit a Big Bonus with all the lights and music going, but when it was done, the win says Cr, Credit says 00, but when I insert tokens they just fall thru to the tray. I have reset thru the 6 steps, about 5 times. Sometimes the music comes back on, sometimes it looks normal. I have even reset the skill level, so that set of controls is operational. I think a light bulb in the bottom half of the machine went out, but dont remember if it was on before. I dont think that is the problem tho. I think that I need to somehow tell the machine the big bonus is over, and start fresh. It is the 3 reel machine, not LCD.
Can anyone help me?

try turning the door key to the left!!

There is a reset switch just avove the power switch on the power supply. If you have tried pressing it with the machine turned on, try pressing and holding it with the Pachi off and turn it on as you are holding that swithch.

That reset may like a Pachinko Machine.
