you should get balls for getting them through the gate.
Is there a lever over on the ball track stopping the balls going through your machine
    that wants flipping over?
I havent got fever queen but someone will know
Is that your pachislo on ebay? Wish i had seen your other machine sooner, I have just purchased Mazooma's Red Hot X for 100 quid.
B.T.W. i am not bidding on the pachinko at worksop, Don't know who you are up against.

open just the glass and drop a ball in each pocket, do any pay out??

do you have balls in the top back tray??

look at the payout motor in the back is the wiring connected??

if you have balls down both tracks to the payout motor the channels are ok

if nothing helps look for the ball dump level on the right side back near the payout motor and move it to dump balls, then reset it and reload balls in rear back tray

make sure you have something to catch the balls in the back before dumping

I'm assuming this is a Fever Queen in a Victory frame, if so look on the back of your machine for the error display and see if its showing anything..If its showing a 4 on it. that indicates a payout motor or ball jam error I believe..

I had one of mine stop paying out once and it turned out that the payout motor had just been dislodged..If the payout motor gets dislodged on this frame it will cause the problems you are having..So it might be that..

The payout motor is under a swing up cover..you can swing that cover up and make sure the motor unit is in place..if you move the cover and the motor unit falls out you know it probably wasn't correctly in place It should just push back up and stay in place!!

Make sure to either swing the ball stopper down or remove all the balls before messing with the motor unless you want balls all over the floor!!

Of course it could just be a loose plug or a dust bunny!!

    Hello,

On the 7 segments DEL back of the pachinko, look if there is a number like said MrGneiss. If a 7 appears, that means there's a lack of balls in upper tray or there is a jam before ball sensor in payout system before motor.
