Need help with Penguin Paradise machine

Hi, I have a Yamasa Penguin Paradise machine. Whenever there are credits and I hit the cash out button, the machine displays an E1 error message which I have found relates to a jammed hopper. I have turned off the machine, emptied the hopper, and see there is nothing jammed in it. This does not fix the error and I have to reset the machine. I have checked the hopper for rotation and it seems to operate properly. Also when the payout is greater than two I never get any more than two tokens as a payout. Can anyone tell me what is wrong? Does it throw an error after is pays out 2 Tokens? If so the sensor within the hopper could be gummed up and sticking. This will require taking the hopper apart to get to the sensor.

I have a couple of Yamasa machines here from various years. If you could post a few Pic's of your hopper it would be a Big help.
