i got a lock and key from Gaku ... he is down in Texas was verry easy to work with.. gaku@gaktradinginc.com
send him an email with pictures of your machine.. dont know if he sells just keys but he will be able to get you a new lock and key

I need to be abl to get mine open, I have tried to open it through the hole in the bottom, but couldn't get it open. Any ideas on that problem?

lay the pachislo down, shine a light itside and look for a brass colored bar on the side, then use anything that will fit in and reach one of the tabs on the brass bar.
move one tab and the other will open with it. the door will open now.
