Ideas for a Las Vegas Casino Themed Basement

I finally decided to finish my basement and am soliciting everyone’s ideas for a casino theme. Here are a few of my initial ideas, although space, feasibility, and cost could be issues:

• Wall mounted big screen television with some type of black board on each side to post game results and odds (i.e. sportsbook).
• A bar with 2 or 3 built in video poker machines.
• A small counter with bars that extend to the ceiling and a “Cashier” sign hanging near the top.
• Fake entrance doors built into the drywall with large glass/window inserts. Perhaps I can place a large mural of the Vegas strip behind these doors to give an inside/outside appearance.
• Stands for my pachislos to rest on that also serve as storage benches.
• Crazy colored casino carpeting.

I’ve already looked at the game room pictures that others have posted in a different thread and these have helped tremendously. If anyone has any other good ideas….or even pictures……please post them here. Thanks!
