Sorry Randy, Japanese machines have Japanese speech & text.
Don't let that deter you from the wonderful world of pachi.
There is still a ton of fun to be had.

Shake II has a bit of English...
I know it says a couple of English swear words.

A lot of our members have posted videos of pachis in action on Youtube, so those would give you a good idea of how they sound in play

Do you have any particular themes that interest you, maybe our members can help you draw up a short list?

Whether it has English speech or not, that's the best way to find a great pachislo.

You might first decide on a theme that is of interest to you. I enjoy spooky, horror and gore type games and although I own many different theme pachis, I currently display my Horror Mansion pachinko and Death Valley pachislo along with my Addams Family and Lord of the Rings pinball machines in my gameroom. Death Valley uses music and sound effects no talking.

I hear ya, but at the same time it's harder to read and watch the anime at the same time, so my habits of subbed to dubbed are about 50/50.
