Legal in Tennessee

In the past I had questioned the legal status of Pachislo Machines in Tennessee. The way the law is written it's like in some other states "a grey area" But tonight, watching TV, I saw an advertisement for a weekend sale at the state fairgrounds. They do these "flea market type sales" once every month I think, but this time, for the first time, I saw Pachislo Machines not only mentioned but pictured right there on the TV. I guess we'll see if they are legal for sure now. Since this is in Nashville, the state capitol, I'm sure they wouldn't get by with selling them if they were not legal!!

I won't be able to go but I'll try to find out what I can about this and watch the news and newspaper for any "BUSTS" that may take place!!. Perhaps someone here can ask around and find out who the vendor is, it wasn't mentioned in the TV commercial.

I forgot to mention, advertised price was beginning at $199.00 plus tax. I bet this price is for very low end machines. Wish I could go see what all they have. Maybe there will be a next time and I can go.

Homier sells them at places like fairgrounds and convention centers here in Indiana, the price is 149 for them. The best ive ever seen at that price was a super reno, but the key was missing.
