    Double Pachinko Machine Cabinet Material list


    (Nishijin)


    Bottom of cabinet 1 – 42” X 7 ¾” X ¾”
    Sides of cabinet 2 - 43 ¾” X 7 ¾” X ¾”
    Middle support 1 – 43” X 7” X ¾” (Cut notch out of front top edge 4 ¾” down X ¾”deep)
    Back bottom 1 – 42” X 9 ¼” X ¾”
    Back top hanger 1 – 42” X 9” X ¾” (Cut 30 degrees along bottom edge for hanging)
    Wall hanger 1 – 41” X 4 ¼” X ¾” (Cut 30 degrees along top edge for hanging)
    Ball reload tray face 1 – 42” X 4” X ¾”
    Ball reload shelf 2- 20 5/8” X 7” X ¾” (Drill a 2 ¼” hole; center is 10” from right and 2 ¾” from back)
    Machine shelf 2- 20 5/8” X 6 ¼” X ¾” (Cut a slot 3 ¼” long from the back ¾” wide & use a router to taper the top of slot)
    Cabinet door 2 – 20 ½” X 5” X ¾” (Taper top inside of door)
    Machine depth stops sides 4 – 32 ¼” X 3 3/8” X ¾”
    Machine depth stops top left 2 – 5 ½” X 3 3/8” X ¾”
    Ball stop for channel 2 – 18 15/16” X ¼” X ¾” (This will help the flow of balls in slot)
    Support for ball reload tray 4 – 6 ¼” X 1” X ¾”
    Ball reload tray lids 2 – 20 ½” X 7 ¾” X ¾” (round front edge top and bottom)
    Ball reloading tray 1 – 6” PVC pipe 20 ½” long split (Taper outside edges to fit and use a plumbers torch to concave towards the center. Drill a 1 5/8” hole to line up with hole on the ball reload shelf)
    Ball reloading tray ball drop 2 – 1 ¼” PVC pipe 4 ½” long (Glue in 1 5/8” hole in ball loading tray, cut and sand inside smooth for ball flow, trim excess from bottom so it just clears the upper ball tray on machine)
    Ball channel 4 – 9 ½” X 3” Sheet metal (¾” fold one side)
    Ball deflector 4” PVC pipe 18 ¼” long quarter (Cut a notch one side each end 2 ¼” X ¾”. This piece goes at bottom of machine in back to deflect balls to the channel)
    Cabinet door support 4 – 11” pieces of small chain
    Cabinet door latch 2 – magnetic latch kits
    Cabinet door knob 2 – cabinet door knobs
    All hinges needed are in 1 shutter hinge kit
    Dowel pins 7 – 1 ½” X 5/16” (To mount ball reload shelf and machine shelf to middle support)
    Toggle hold down clamps 6 (To hold machine in place and ease for changing machines without modifications to machines)
    Wood screws around 125 - #8 X 1 ¼”
    Sheet metal screws oval head 16 - #4 X 5/8” (To hold ball channel in place and cabinet door support chains)
    Wood glue


    The wood came from a shipping crate, PVC pipe came from a construction site in the scrap pile, the rest from the hardware store or already had on hand. over all cost was around $45
