Tokens. To clean or not to clean, that is the question !

I first cleaned some brass type tokens from Republic in diluted CLR. Then I washed some more just like them in strait CLR. The strait worked a lot better and I was able to poor it back in the bottle for the next time.

Have you checked to see if that CLR bottle is getting hot now after pouring it back in? :wink:

Just put a piece of raw meat into Coke and leave overnight to see what it can do.

Next time, I'll throw a few tokens in to me grog, to see if theys come out shiny like.

I have done this alredy, I had my drink in front of me while playing Spin Luck in the living room and sitting on a kitchen chair and after 3 or so I had to refil the credits and droped one in my captain and coke. I drank it anyway with the token still in it. Reminded me of the old 'quarter bounce' days. A fine drinking game for dumb college kids.
I kinda remember the token looked clean enough sitting in the glass.

thats the way i see it too. whats the use of making a drink if it cant be used to either preserve something or kill anything it comes in contact with....
