Default Darth Vader Pachinko Open door message

    Hello guys =D

well recently I put my cabinet together and put the machine inside of it and everything went fine until I turned it on, i repeatedly got the door jam message with the Japanese lady talking to me. the error code on the back ( at least I think its an error code) is number 7... I've tried turning the power on while holding the reset button, i'll get a different message and when I press the reset again I get the reset tones, But right after I get the "door open" message. I've tried everything, i've got plenty of balls in the machine and all that. I'm not exactly sure what i'm looking for when I want to make sure the latches are latched, I'm not quiet sure. But they're both closed and fit snug, Any insight would be great. Thanks.

I can post a video or pics on request =D

I'm not sure how your machine is attached to your cabinet, but if screws were involved you may want to check and make sure that none of them hit any wires..also look for any lose connectors..maybe one came loose while you were putting it in the cabinet..

I don't know error codes for the Crystella frame so hopefully someone will come along that does!!

You might try taking it out of the cabinet to see if anything changes..

If she's talking to you, I thought that was the 'overflow tray is full' message. Perhaps the switch is disconnected or stuck?

Swing the machine out of the frame and look at the top hinge side.

There is a door open switch that will contact the frame.

Put some tape on it to hold it in.

I had this problem with mine.
