Default UK Source for Pachinko Balls

I'm not sure if anyone else here has their favourite supplier...

Since I was in a hurry and couldn't find anywhere cheaper, nor faster, I bought 200 balls from 'bbearings' on the auction site.

The box came a couple days later, well packaged, and the side said manufacture in japan.

Currently the auction comes under the title of:

11.1mm (7/16") CHROME STEEL BALL BEARINGS, QUANTITY 50
    £3 Buy-It-Now + £2 postage.

Like I said, I bought 200 (so 4 packs), paid the £20 total and requested recorded delivery (since £8 seemed a bit steep). As asked the items came through as recorded. I'm not sure but they might be a tiny bit heavier, but in the machine they're indistinguishable from the 130 balls I had to start.

You can email the seller for larger quantities... I did and got these quotes:

    "
    thank you for your message
    1000 would be £ 60.00 inc p & p, recorded would be £4.50 extra
    650 would be £46.00 inc p & p, recorded would be £4.50 extra"

Like I said, I don't know if you guys have a cheaper UK source, but these japanese bb's are perfect for me...

Best way to check weight is to compare the weigth of 100 of your old balls and 100 new balls. If the weight is alot different might affect the vintage machines. Let us know how these balls work for you
    Sounds like a good price

I played for maybe half an hour or so, the machine reacted the same as ever... in fact I think if they are heavier it's a good thing, as the machine isn't so sluggish on a payout now. ymmv

The balls are A-OK running through my vintage. I weighed them. They're about 5.6g so a tiny bit heavier but don't make a difference for me.

    7/16" = .4375"

Actual pachinko ball as measured is .4330"

Probably not enough difference to cause any issues
    My favorite color is Ham
