    You can start by the type of machine you have... Pachinko (balls) or Pachislo (tokens/slot machine). There are forums for each, then each forum has subforums to discuss the models in general or post a problem as a support ticket.

    Of course, the more immediate thing is this... we are a very friendly forum and the members just love to help each other out. If you post in the wrong forum, no one will confront you, call you names, scream "SEARCH" at you or anything else that you may have encountered on other forums. A Moderator may move your post to the correct forum and just give you a little guidance.

    That being said... you can actually just post your concern here and it will be handled accordingly.

    I'm sorry...I haven't introduced myself..
    You already know my pachi name..but my given name is Gary Bailey,and I live in Lewiston Idaho..I'm retired and living in a Senior complex..My working days were spent in hospitals,mental hospitals and correctional facilities...I worked mostly night shifts as lead person in infirmaries,maximum security units,ICU,CCU and even did some correctional officer work...Born and raised in Montana.and i'm 72 yo...
