Top Gun Volume Control (Pots)
Pots (straight from PachiTalk Auction) are in on my Top Gun. My wife is thrilled.
Speaker wires are easy to get to on this machine -- they connect to the immediate right of the three-position factory volume control switch. No digging into the machine. Two connections for the three speakers.
The first picture shows the connections for the two sets of speaker wires circled. Heck, an easy way to reduce factory volume is to simply unplug one of the speaker connections.
The next picture is with the Pots soldered in. Not my best soldering work... well, actually it is. First time I've soldered.
I may go to a stereo L-Pad at some point, but this works great and will do for now.
