Default Ballerina is added to my collection!

I am so lucky to live close to Blue Hotaru! So, the story goes like this... a machine was bought and purchased and shipped to someone else. Shipping damage created a refund and delivery of a 'new machine'. The damaged machine managed to find it's way back to the seller who really didn't want to mess with trying to fix it. A VERY resonable offer was made to ME if I wanted the machine and it was an offer I could not refuse!

I am now the proud owner of a 2007 Hewia Ballerina pachinko!

When the machine came to me, there were multiple issues with. Her foot was broke off, a gear was off of it, the balls would not flow properly, the frame appeared to twisted, the front door creaked and popped when it was opened and it had multiple error codes. So here's what I did to correct the problems.

    1. The gear turned about to be the driver for turning the ballerina and has a 'gap' in it for a sensor light to pass that insures it is turning properly. I was able to reinstall the gear by completely pulling out the center feature.
    2. While the center feature was out, I glued her foot back on. I suspect this was the Nancy Kerrigan version.
    3. The ball flow problem was due to the fact that the payout motor section has shifted in the rough handling. To correct I dissassembled all of the upper tray and pay out area and put it back together in the right places.
    4. I discovered that the door creaking/popping was due to the cell itself being 'dislodged' during the rough handling. It took some prying with a screwdriver or two but I managed to get it popped back into place. This also brought the 'frame' back in alignment.
    5. The shooter would not send balls up to the top but after fix #4, the balls are consistantly shooting as they should. The cell mis-alignment made a 'ridge' that the balls would hit at the bottom and thus lose their momentum to make it to the top.
    6. Making all the above fixes and filling the hopper with balls cleared all the error codes.

The machine now works perfectly! Woo Hoo!

I tried to video the workings.. but couldn't get a video of decent quality so if you want to see how this machine works... you can use this link:
    株式会社平和:スーパーバレリーナ
If you click on the button link below the center photo, an animated page is presented that walks you through the full game play.

This machine is really cool in that while it takes some skill and luck to get to the bonus.. once you do... you better have LOTS of balls on someone to cycle them for you! Multiple bonuses are very easy to get once you get the first one.

The music is awesome, the speech is clear and some of it is even in English!

Thanks SO VERY MUCH to Blue Hotaru!

I glad you were able to rescue it instead of it turning into a parts machine

I especially liked this bit here. YAY for Skill !!!

    P.S. the machine is CRスーパーバレリーナS3
or CR Super Ballerina S3 (the red one) or S2 if the board is predominately blue. Its standard jackpot payout is 1480 balls, but as a kenrimono, it puts you into a Jackpot Set (Ren-chan) of 3 rounds, so that with the right skill level, you'll output 4440 balls total!
There is always another machine around the corner...
