    Default New part?

This ash try is on the DDK I got from Syscom. Do you think it is new? They say they did not put it on. It certainly wasn't used in japan like this. It is also broke. Any vender's or members with parts have one?http://frontpage.kmoraine.com/workshop/Upload/DDK1.jpghttp://frontpage.kmoraine.com/workshop/Upload/DDK2.jpg

Yes, most of them come with the ash tray covered up, most Pachinko Parlors have no Smoking rules at the machines. Most but not all. You can pry it off and use some glue remover to have the ash tray back. and they were made to tip to empty it.

So what is your problem with it ?

Just never sean one with the cover on. I thought there was a lot of smoking in the parlors. Also it is busted at the corner and if it was new how could it be broken. Will clean off sticker residue and glue the peace back on.

All 33 of mine came with no cover on the ash tray. I wonder if most of the vendors remove the cover when they refurb them? Who did you machines from with the ash tray covers still on? Was it mostly the same vendor, or lots of different vendors?

Three of the sixteen I've purchased three of them have had the covers on them. Also my Thunderzone pachinko came with the cover as well.

My Thunderzone's ashtray was spotless -- I don't think it had been used, but no cover. The new FeverSeven had a cover and that ashtray had never been used, obviously.

The machines I've bought that had the ashtrays in use were much dirtier overall than the machines from non-smoking parlors. Guess that would be obvious. :-)

Maybe they have smoking and non-smoking sections in these parlors. That would make sense given that some machines have nicotine stains/no covers and others have covers and are spotless. Just a thought.

Makes sense, we have smoking and non smoking sections in American Casinos, why not over in Japan also?
