Bang Bang Dash for me!

Some of you may recall a post I made awhile back, calling out to anyone who could lead me to a Bang Bang Dash...
Some of you may have found your way here by using the link I planted in the aforementioned thread.
. . . some of you couldn't care less either way.

I am happy to announce... TikiTim has acquired "The Dash"!!!
Shortly after I bumped the thread in the member's trade section,
I received a pm from FREKKEN TEKKEN.
He informed me that he had a Bang Bang Dash in his possession & would be willing to trade it for a Julie or Ultraman pachinko.

Awesome!! . . . wait, TikiTim has no pachinko.

My return pm thanked him for the offer, but seeing as how I don't do pachinko...
I declined & asked him to keep me in mind should he ever decide to sell it.
A few pm's later, we had struck a mutual agreement & I set up a pickup from his home by UPS.
Here it is 3 weeks later & I have received "The Dash" & even hit a BB over the weekend.

If any of you ever purchase a pachi from FREKKEN TEKKEN/Jim,
let me assure you it will be packed incredibly well.
He helped make this entire transaction a breeze.

FREKKEN TEKKEN has since, purchased both the Julie & Ultraman pachinko's that he had hoped to get in the initial trade,
& I hope he's planning on posting some photo's &/or video soon.

I love the retro sounds, the large dot matrix, & the vibrant color of this machine.
The bright green is eye-catching & the way it lights up during a bonus is spectacular.

Thank you Tiki Tim for all the kind words and I hope you enjoy the B.B.D. for a long time to come. In all fairness I need to give credit to the "Diceman" Chrisdice for keeping the machine so immaculate before me. It seems as though this machine could write a story of its journeys between pachislo enthusiasts. The exchange that Tim and I made is a rewarding experience because in our community I never experience any doubt that all will work out well ...I'm dealing with a fellow PT member. It may be interesting to pin a small file card inside a machine and each exchange recorded for future reference. Some would have quite a story to tell! I told Tim I even tracked the B.B.D. to his home and think I was just as excited as he and his family.

So, ya see . . . this didn't all happen overnight
I had committed to FREKKEN TEKKEN, & didn't want to flake out on him after we had walked the mile together.
. . . besides, I was really jonesin' for a Bang Bang Dash.

I was thinking that very thing a few weeks back.
Maybe a pachitalk label could be posted here somewhere.
Something that could be printed & affixed to the inside of ones pachislo/pachinko like the Stealth/Grandview labels.
Each owner could sign their name on a line . . .
It'd be kinda like a library book.

. . . and np FT, I'm happy with The Dash & I'm happy to know you got what you were hoping for as well.

I loved the bright red entry about your daughters... I'm afraid if I had attempted an outline such as yours... every day would have had that same entry! There is however, light at the end of my tunnel... Emo Princess number 1 leaves for college in a few short weeks.

The "Julie" is still intransit from Texas and I spent the weekend playing "Ultraman". I will post of few pix of "Ultraman" soon. I need to have my own "End of Summer Sale" not only to make room, but pay for my new machines. There was a time when the only machines I owned were pachislos. The modern pachinkos have really turned my head in the last year or so. Change is good and it does allow others to experience machines you have owned. I have had my eye on a "Maharajah" for some time now...I know it will be like the "Jule". Getting members to loosen their grip on their machine will be nearly impossible.

Yes, I have more red entries as well, but I trimmed it down for the post.
Glad to hear about your collegiate, sorry to hear about the shrinking nest.
We have 3 that have already spread their wings, 1 with a year left & 2 more that still have a full High School term to go.
It's easier to get into the bathroom, but supper is less eventful by the year.
