Jackpot Reset

I have a slot machine that, after a long time, hit a jackpot. I can not reset the game and need help. This is a Duel Dragon (Aruze Corp) three reel stepper working on tokens. The only numbers that are in western form are "U-4-56, 020660 BG", which appears to be some kind of licensing sticker. The plate on the back of the cabinet has a number, 026087, which I assume is some sort of a serial number. All indications are that the game is from the year 2000.

There is a reset button on the power supply that usually works when there is a coin or hopper jam but does nothing for the jackpot reset. There is no key switch that is evident . I have been a slot tech in the US for ten years but can not find a way to clear this JP!

If anyone has the answer, it would be appreciated. If someone has a way for me to get a copy of the manual for this machine...you're the best!

yes it looks like it is a 2000 Aruze model, if this is the one??

You might have one of the small switches set to require a reset after a bonus, if so a reset will fix your problem..

The key switch might have been replaced with a toggle switch or something..It might be good if you could post some pics of the inside of your machine..

If you get it fixed and reset you may want to turn the little switches off!!

what the switches are for
Two switches on the power supply:
- One requires a soft reset at the end of a bonus.
- The other pays out all tokens at the end of a bonus.

For these switches in most cases off is in the down or right position. The for off and on are:

無 = off

有 = on
