UPS or Pachinko Pallace?

My understanding is that to file a claim, you have to have had the machine double boxed and also used proper packaging material to protect it. You have to pack to expect it to be dropped from 6 feet. I use a double box system with a double wall 275 box on the outside and I've still had a couple of issues. Not double boxing is asking for trouble in my opinion. If the outside box breaks or tears there is nothing else between the machine and damage.

I've gotten a machine from Stealth (Milt), Pachislot (DGI Gaming), and my Dragon Dice from Zcore13 (Gold Medal Gaming)....which was the best packed machine?

I just wanted everyone to know that Eric (Pachinko Pallace/Grandview) went the extra mile to get my machine fixed. He sent out the part needed in one day. I will not hesitate to purchase from him again in the future. As we all know things happen for whatever reason, but the good part is he stands behind his product. I was very impressed that he called me within minutes of me sending him the original email to let him know of the problem. He offered to right the wrong instantaneously and followed through. I am more than satisfied with his service (and product)! :grin:

Just wanted to let everyone know that i received my beast sapp today form Pachinko Pallace and it was fine, box was a little banged up but thats it. I would definitely buy from them again.
