Your Going to have to provide at the very least a name model etc etc. PLUS detailed description of the problem and some pictures! There are TONS of experts here that may be able to help. I wish I could but it can't! Good luck with it and I hope you get it going!

is it turned on, there is an on and off switch in the back

you could start out with checking for any loose connections and the transformer wiring, and check for any blown fuses

I'm sure fellow pachitalkers can talk you thru any problems once you start posting some pictures and give us more info

I don't see anything obviously wrong except for the big ball jam...And the power switch looks on to me..but it wouldn't hurt to try turning it on and off a few times with it plugged in..You never know!!

If you have a multimeter you could check to see if any power is getting to the machine..Maybe the transformer is bad or maybe a wire just came loose..

No, the on-off switch is definitely turned to on.

    My 2 cents...
    Clear ball jam first.
Fill top hopper with balls, you will need ~ 350-450.
    Enjoy playing your machine!

the first piicture is your transfomer, the power cord should be connected to 2 terminal on one side and the 2 terminals on the other side should be connected to a board somewhere on the back of your pachinko.

the second picture shows the hopper and ball tracks that should have balls in them

i have a close up of the transformer.
    here http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/7964/p1050615d.jpg
the red and black wires are coming out from the front and the yellow wires are coming from behind. The purple wires are from the plug and go directly to the on off switch.

I think the reason you have the ball jam is lack of payout balls in the top hopper.

So it doesn't turn on at all? Need to trace the power line down from the switch at the top to any power supply on the bottom, there might be another fuse or two there. The transformer is putting out power, right? Could also be a bad connection somewhere.

You need to pop off those two boxes at the bottom (the metal one and the clear plastic one with the writing on it) and see if you can find the payout trigger system and trigger it manually to clear out those balls in the back.
