Default Caution To anyone buying a Maturi Allwin / Giant Seven

    Hi there everyone!

I believe this will be my first thread but I wanted to notify the community about the website slot-pachinko. I don't have much negitive to say but I believe both the Maturi "Allwins/Allwin" and the Giant Seven (Yellow cases) have been discontinued and will not be recieved if ordered
(which yes they still look to be available, can be bought).

So I'm like that machine is just sweet for the price. 179? heck yea! + I just love the theme and music of the allwin/giant seven. Ordered! few clicks and boom!!!

ok... No Shipping confirmation for a week and a half. Now I even waited till Wednesday to call. Call em, they say "Oh that was shipped monday should be there thursday or friday". Nothing arrives, still no shipping confirmation... Call the following Monday... "Hey, I ordered a machine and it still hasn't arrived no conformation, whats up?"

He goes "What machine U order?"

Me "A Maturi Allwin, it has like a yellow case..."

Curt "Oh yea, those have been phased out" (or discont. I forget)

Me "What??" (I had a feeling!!!")

Curt "Yea there like 5 weeks past there (whatever he said date) and were getting updated models" (and he said something about Sankyo which I shoulda picked up on! cause Maturi's by Taiyo Elec. right?)

Curt "The new models have like Five new features and so on ( forget the rest.. )

Me "So do they cost more or..."

Curt "Yea there about a hundered bucks more but, we'll waiver it when its ordered like that..."

Me "Thinkin ???, Ok... uh i guess thats it."
    ( I didn't know what to think.)

Maybe it would be a green colored one with a few new features, i dunno
that would be sweet, (theme for that one is just dope) wondered about for another week and a half.

    And it arrives!!! Buttttttttt

its a Vicky Chance??? by Sankyo WTF!!!

Still a cool machine but Eh its got some americanish type music and I didn't want that!!! Grrrr!!! other than that its sweet! And pachinko is dope anyways so IDK peoples what do you think, did I just get pawned off a machine noboby likes??? I want A Yellow 2001-03 Maturi Allwin!!!

Not returning it though Its not worth it but I need some feed back on this...

AND DO NOT PURCHASE THESE MACHINES THEY DON'T HAVE THEM ANYMORE... THEY REALLY NEED TO UPDATE THE SITE SO ITS NOT MISINFORMING PEOPLE! HERE ARE THE LINKS:

Well, it's always frustrating when we buy a machine and get an other one instead. Good thing when it's a better one, but it's rarely happen that way.

Vicky Chance is not really recent. it's been available for some time now, I bought mine in January 2008 from a seller in Canada and got it at $150 CAD.

I don't know about what are the 5 new features. There's nothing more special about this one than any other one. cool music for some, challenging to play for other, I must say I've been a bit disappointed when I got it. Not that it's not a bad machine, but I thought that the 16 number at the bottom was there to put balls in them like the older arepachi arrange balls model. Unfortunately, the numbers are not activated by balls going in them.

So probably as I was, you was hoping for something else, and it's always disappointing to not get what we are hoping for.

I must say that it sound like slot-pachinko have finally been able to get rid of a machine they had for a while.

They didn't updated their web site about machines available.
They sold to you a machine that they didn't have.
They told you that this machine was shipped.
After a phone call later, oh no it has never been ship, in fact they don't even have the machine you bought.
Then they convince you to pick up the machine THEY want you to pick.

    Sad sad sad story

    Welcome to PachiTalk!

Sorry to hear about your experience with Slot Pachinko. There is another thread on the site with over 100 posts about members experiences with SP and some are good while others are not. Overall, it sounds like a hit & miss with them. I ordered a machine from them once and my experience was A+ positive. Others have reported issues very similar to yours and swore they wouldn't do business with them again.

There are several Pachinko machine resellers that are members in good stading here at Pachitalk. Perhaps they will step up and introduce themselves so you can work with them the next time you decide to order a machine. I'm sure your buying experience with them will be a much better one.

I love pachinko anyways and the machine is VERY cool I was playing it last night and was definitly having fun, I was looking at the one I DID order again, I do like VC's pin arrangement, its growing on me, music will take a bit more time.

The machine is cool though and I found a Maturi Giant Seven for sale on EB for 139.00 but its local pickup only, forwarding services.? Anyone here live in around NJ? lol

Now I just need more PB's hehe!

Ya but thats ok things come around (and not in a bad way)
It almost seems like both SP a P.com are like stagnant...

Curts just sitting in this warehouse... bunch of machines. One desk...

    Thanks for the replys guys

For Slots-Pachinko I have learned to call the Sales office and Dave is sometimes in there and ask what they have avalable for shipping out to you. They don't really update the inventory shown and they have some that they just haven't posted . If you ask politely and you order more than one machine they will give you a good deal .

I can also add a thing or 2 but I would got the original thread. I have got a wrong machine but I ended up keeping it. My chats with Curt as a whole have been REALLY nice but I know its not the same for everybody. There are several dealers that will take care of you if slot-pachinko does not. For the record I have gotten all 3 of my machines from them with all in very condition and extra balls tossed in for their mistake! I wish you well and hope it all works out!

You would have to ask an Admin or a Mod to do that for you. We have the ability to edit our own posts, but only for a short time. After that, what we have written becomes permanent... it preserves the integrity of the thread. If you need to do anything beyond those first few minutes, contact one that has power to do behind-the-scenes magic.
