Sorry so long in responding. Had to DIG my Lady Out.

    Thank you Again Paul.

Kung Fu Lady. Made by Yamasa in 1999

First, here are important aspects of the Pachi. :

PC Board below the Door Window. :

CN 1 - Token Slot Light

CN 2 - Token Jam Button

CN 3 - Token Sensor Magnet

    CN 4 - Token Sensor (2 Sensors)

CN 5 - Right Stop Button

CN 6 - Middle Stop Button

CN 7 - Left Stop Button

CN 8 Main Ribbon Cable to Door Window PC Board

CN 9 - Main Door power

    CN 10 - Window Light

    CN 11 - Spin Knob

CN 12 - MAX Bet Button

CN 13 - Credit Payout Button

    Door Window PC Board. :

CN 2 - Ribbon Cable that connects to the MAIN PC Board on the back wall of the Pachi

CN 3 - Ribbon Cable that connects to CN 8 on the PC Board listed Above

LED's on the Main PC Board. :

    A - Token Sensor 2

    B - Token Sensor 1

    C - Spin Knob

    D - Hopper Sensor

E - Green Button on Module with Key Switch (Sets Pay Outs)

F - Key turned Right to "ON"

G, H and I - Reel Sensors. (Flash as the Reels are Spinning)

    J - Left Stop Button

    K - Middle Stop Button

    L - Right Stop Button

M - Compriate, can you make it out in the Picture Below? It is a Switch.

    N - MAX Bet

O - Pay Out Button (Always on, goes off when button is pressed)

P - Door reset Sensor (Key turned to the left)

Q - Token Jam Button by Token Slot)

R - Red Button on Module with Key Switch (Resets Errors)

Turning the Key to the left will not reset an E0 Error. Either pressing the Red Button or doing a Full Reset I.E.

    1. power off
    2. turn key to the right
    3. power on
    4. press green button to set the odds from 1 to 6 visible on the LED right side, mid section of the inner door
    5. hold Spin knob down for 5 seconds and release
    6. turn key back to the left

    Will reset it.

If you have already cleaned the Token Acceptor I would do the Following. :

    1. Re seat plug CN 3 on the PC Board Below the Door Window (Token Magnet) (and CN 4 one more time)

    2. Re seat Plug CN 8 on the same Board (ribbon cable)

    3. Re seat the ribbon cables CN 2 and 3 on the inner door PC Board

    4. Re seat the ribbon cable on the Main PC board on the back wall or the Pachi (Just to the right of the LED's on the PC Board).

If all that does not work in fixing the problem and the E0 error is still there let me know what happens as you Push the Red Button (max). Is there a slight Hic Up in the Music being Played as you push the reset Button?

Please PM me your e-mail address and I will send you an owners Manual for your Yamasa Pachislo.

    Push the Red Button

Sales Pitch. . . This Pachi uses an AutoSlot AS-02CA

so we tried doing what you said and nothing has changed we cant get the music to play again. after following reset procedure we turn machine on and the bonus wheel spins 1 revolation and stops. the percentage light indicator light comes and we can switch the numbers 1 thru 6 and the bottom front light come on in the front door and that is all we can get it to do. and sometimes when turn the reset key to the right when the power is on the lights come on the reels and the front door flashed and the percentage number changes to E0.on right front
door and the music plays as though a jack pot has occurred although we arent sure if it is the music of a jackpot as we got it like this and haven't heard it to distinguish any help you can give we would deeply appriciate thankyou Paul

    Hello,

    Welcome to Pachitalk acacia

I think with resetting procedures you have to be really careful to do each step slowly, just to be sure you haven't missed something along the way,

and also make sure you are holding down the spin knob for the correct time, in this case it seems it's 5 seconds?? to be sure that it is completed correctly

I would try going through the process again and then posting back with the result, hopefully it will be just a slight glitch and it will reset properly if not then please let us know what code the machine is showing and hopefully someone can offer further advice to you

EO can be caused by 3 things that I know of.
1 - The door is open (O) or ajar and has not closed properly.
Do a full reset and when you close the door give it a firm shove to make sure it closes tight. you should hear the door clicking locked in place.
2 - Wires, usually a harness is getting pinched in the door when you close it.
Check the wires, particularly any harness wires running from the door to the back and make sure they are not getting pinched, usually on the hinge side.
    3 - A coin is stuck somewhere.
Examine the coin path carefully looking for a stuck coin or possibly some debris blocking a sensor. Also a coin, often one smaller than a token, often a nickel, dime or penny (anything!) can be dropped in by a child and find its way into the hopper. These frequently lodge in the area between the hopper reel and the exit from the hopper. they are usually hard or impossible to see with the hopper assembled. Take the hopper top off and check inside carefully.
Oh and check to make sure you have shoved it back in place properly to give it a firm seating inside!!
EO is an error from the door being open but it can also appear for the other reasons I listed. Pachis seem to have poor self diagnosis programs so it can be anything but I think it is 1 of these 3.
    Good luck
