What translater do people like to use for looking at auctions.
This caught my eye and can 't believe the price. Living by the rule that if something is too cheap there is a catch.

I love the way google brings up "Situation has melted"
I get that it needs a high amp transformer. I can't work out if its got some bulbs blown or screen damaged or other problems.

Looks to have a reserve. High amp would be between 4 and 6amps. Looks like it's all there and working to me, probably just a bunch of warnings that it's used, don't expect it to be perfect

yes. Your right about the reserve, I'm sure this has been relisted twice.
I was worried about the tranlators bring up something about blown bulb/screen, I also used bing and atlas too.

Yes, it has a Reserve.

As for everything else, forget trying to do this yourself. Grab Kiai, or japamart.com, or any of the other professional services people have used on this Board, and get their help. You don't want to be guessing here... The end result could be painful if you don't understand the terms 100% (like any business transaction).

If you just want a pro translator, instead of a Buying service, PM me for a reference. He charges, but lower than most.
