Can't find the post right now, but someone was looking for machines with "nudies" a while back.

I have a machine like this one, with different playfield graphics.
The animated girl in the middle has the dress open... and in the bonus round, the undies drop to reveal her... um... nakedness.

After spending some time looking at it, though, I think I'm a little spoiled with the newer machines and don't know if I'd enjoy these older ones that much. I think I'm going to wait for a 7" or 8" LCD model with naked girls all over it. Should get to the U.S. within the next 10 years or so!

What you may want is just adult computer games.
Japan has a huge market for modern 3D adult themed computer games
Unfortunately, many of these games deal with unsavory topics

If it helps, my "Bath House 2004" turned out to have as much nudity as an episode of Dangerous Housewives...that butt-in-the-bathtub shot was pretty much it. Still fun as heck though : )
