Don't get them started on the waffle thing again

    Btw they are NOT Pancakes.
A pancake is the same batter mix as a Yorkshire pudding, just made a bit thinner
by adding more milk, then it is cooked in a frying pan (the clue is in the name)
    tossed (not turned).
It is served with a sprinkle of sugar and Orange juice ( squeezed from an Orange)
or Lemon juice if you are posh.
    And they are Never stacked.
You do not cover them in Canadian tree juice.

Pudding??? you have got to be kidding??? i eat my pudding with Bill Cosby as desert.. sometimes frozen but never in Yorkshire

but i do have to agree that i would never put Canadian Tree juice on my Pudding... but on my pancakes... stack them high and pour that tree juice all over them

the pancake recipe i use, has no milk whatsoever

    1 cup Flour
1 table spoon or a little more baking powder
    2 eggs
    a pinch of salt
water enough to get batter consistency right

makes 6 good size pancakes.. nice and fluffy.. taste great..
