I've seen reviews on many other vendors.....how does pachislo.com rank? Are they service oriented, with a solid product?

Well I just purchased the DDK from them on that special they have. Shipping was quick, it was packaged great, (two boxes) and the machine is in perfect condition.

Not sure how they stack up on service but I've not heard anyone complain about them before.

The DDK sucks but that's not their fault. It's just simply a VERY average machine.

Well maybe I'm a little too hard on it. It's okay I guess. With the 3 reels on top I'd rate it slightly higher than a Babel. Still amazed that this machine with all it's lights has no attract mode. :-?

Maybe they figure that they didn't need an attract mode, what with the screamin' PINK machine, and all those lights...oh, and the reels...Yeah, the attract modes on a couple of mine leave something to be desired...but I guess it beats having your pachislo screamin' "COME ON!!" at you randomly...

I guess now you might understand a little better on what I was trying to say on the other posts about the DDK. "Sucks" is a bit harsh, but I agree...it's not that great of a machine! :-)

In regard to the DDK - Everyone has some things they like and other may dislike it, just the way it goes. Me, I really like the DDK. I think I like it best because out of all the ones I have, it seems "theme less", and I kinda like that. Crazy I know. The Kung Fu 2 is just too dang loud and too many jap sounds. The Gold God, or whatever it really is called, is too Egyptian and although it is a beautiful machine, just does not do that much for me.

The point I am trying to make is, other friends and family feel completely different about the machines.. So, each his own!

Now, for Pachisol.com - I had thought they were pretty good. I have not bought from them, but judging from what I read here, too me it seemed like a good vendor.

I've purchased 14 machines from them. Overall I've been very happy. Their "retail" packing is some of the best. Most of the machines were very clean. All were already fitted with volume controls (whether they needed them or not). Had a couple with minor problems that I thought should have been caught before they were shipped. But they were minor and easy to fix.

They've always been very quick at answering emails. And they do have some of the lower "direct" prices around.

If you can get a DDK for the $89 I paid, grab it, it's a steal and well worth the money! Hell, almost any slot is worth what I paid for it, except the K1 Punch Rush but that's another story. :wink:
