Wow again, I couldn't even tell that wasn't just part of the machine. I'll try compressed air and pipe cleaners. Also looks like a ball was stuck in the middle of the tulip.

if i rember right there are two metal tabs.. some times they get bet out and will not allow the tulip to opperate right..
once ya get the glass open you should be able to see the differance between the working tulip and the non working one..
the tab to open the glass is on the right side.. (looking at it from the back side) center of the cell.. some have a loop to lift others ahve a tab.

insted of pushing the ball threw i always use a magnet to lift them back out.. no point in shoving something in futher then it needs to be
