Error 7 on back panel no ball pay out

have read the manual on this the balls dump fine and can get them to pay out by flipping catch or performing a ball dump.

have tried unpluging and repluging the conectors as in the manual for how can i troubble shoot if its the credit board or the hopper empty switch.

any suggestions?

Check the top back of the machine...As the Balls roll down from the hopper, About 8 inches to the right, there is a fork style gate that flips over the track to shut off the flow of Balls. It's brass colored and should be flipped to the right (opened). If it is open, and you are still getting that error, Remove the payout Motor and clean the copper rings inside with an q-tip. They may be dirty and the game does not sense the ball going through. If you are willing to go a little further, disassemble the payout motor and give it a throurough cleaning...just make sure to remember how it goes back together.

so the brass clip should be in the open ie the forks not down ok will give that a wirl first of all will go test that now.

I think "7" is a out of balls error.

Is it paying out right when it is full? Is it catching up on back payouts?

May try reseting it. Hold the little button above the power switch, turn it off and back on while holding the button and continue to hold it for about 10 seconds. That will clear the memory and back payouts. Then try refilling the rear hopper and see if the error clears, if not then you have a jam somewhere in the paths to the payout motor.

be sure to have enough balls in the tray, meaning not just in the tracks. some machine have switch at the entrance of the track near the hole in the tray, and if you don't have balls up to there, it's like the machine is empty.

problem solved thanks for all the top tips bit diffrent to my sammy one.

the prevouse owner had gate taped shut so machine had never payed out. hence why the were free falling when gate was opened.

after reset dient happen all error codes gone

installed the dongle and balls now come out when loan button pressed

was dooing my head in earlyer but now all glowing and working well worth the 400 mile round trip.
