It is easy to get a battle counter. It is not so easy to deal with YJA without an agent, as the Japanese sellers don't want to deal with people outside Japan. You WILL need an agent working on your behalf. I recommend Kiai. I have heard that Japamart is pretty easy to deal with, but I do not have any experience with them.

For Star Wars and Indy, both in the Lumina frame, why not just go fully cyclic? You won't need a ball lifter, and only about 25 balls each. Especially if your going to have a battle counter to track shots and wins.

This link explains what Cyclic means, and has some interesting links to posts at the bottom too

PachiTalk Research Center - FAQ - Pachinko - What is cyclic usage - PachiTalk

and I believe this shows Full Cyclic (Lumina Frame) in pics

PachiTalk Research Center - Machine Manuals - How To Full Cyclic A Lumina Frame - PachiTalk

and this one is Semi Cyclic

PachiTalk Research Center - Machine Manuals - How To Semi-cyclic a Lumina Frame - PachiTalk

Opinion is divided on Cyclic usage, basically with Cyclic you are just recycling a small amount of pachinko balls, so no Fever rush of mad scrambling and hopper topping up, some of us really like that hectic rush, but for others and especially those that have children or have real difficulty in obtaining enough pachinko balls, then cyclic is an option
