its always better to ask questions before tearing something apart.

it could be something simple like poor connections, weak or faulty transformer, blown fuse or not having a dongle attached in the female 25 pin port in the back.

    Hello, Welcome to PachiTalk!!

I'm sorry I don't know the name of your pachinko, although I can see it is made by Heiwa,

I'm not sure what that board is hanging off in the pic, but that could be the reason why it's not shooting??

If you are new to Pachinko in general, then you may find the following link helpful, there are details on Modern Pachinko playing, set-up etc

Hopefully another member can assist with identification and more importantly offer advice on how to get this one working for you

Very true but this where I'm at now though. Will double check your suggestions. Thanks!

The game is called Koumon Chama (黄門ちゃま) and is a game made by Heiwa in 1994.

Hopefully another member will have a Heiwa made around the same time that could help you put it back together.

I believe the master is sat on a Grayhound. Normal service will regain shortly.

If it's the same as my Sankyo you should find a volume switch behind the front ball tray.

No problems putting back together. Just not sure what we should be looking at regarding no sound or no shooting. My husband does this kind of stuff all the time, just his first time with one of these.
