What is sliced...ASHAME!

The history channel is starting a new show called "What is sliced"...Premiers in a couple weeks.

In the show, The host John McCalmont slices objects up with various tools. In this clip, You can see him slicing a Bally Slot machine in half, Pool table, and there is even a quick shot of him running through a pinball machine.

I think this could have all been done digitally and save those poor machines.

Maybe they could have just unbolted the pins & slot instead . . .
It's somewhat difficult to "understand how everyday things work", if you destroy them.

When a video is posted of things going into a giant shredder people like it but when its a video of things being cut in half people hate it..I'm confused??

cause that's just destruction, this show is 'what's inside, how does it work', which is easier to see on some items if you just open it up/take it apart.

it was more fun seeing them blend the fish then if they had sliced it up

Did you happend to see it? You learn ALOT when you cut things in half! For instance, the Bally slot macine he cut in half was rigged so the Jackpot NEVER paid out! There was a spacer blocking the "slot" for the first of four '7's.

Interesting! I wonder if anyone in the Gaming Commissions caught that episode!

I did see the first episode, it was ok..It is fun to see inside stuff..but I think it'll be more fun to see inside things that you couldn't just open with the keys!!

the second episode was pretty cool ,the one where they cut up the armored van .i didn't care too much for the coin op episode .
