Spiderman Neo

I am brand new to the Pachinko world and just purchased my first machine...A Spiderman Neo. I've searched the archives of this forum and have not found much recent info regarding this machine. Is there anybody out there that could tell me about how to play the game. Not the mechanics of it but the strategy behind this particular machine. How do you advance further into the game, how do you reach the bonus (fever) sections, what the heck is the attack button used for? (I press it when it light up, but have not noticed if it has any effect at all). Is there a guide (walkthrough) for this somewhere? Any info would really be appreciated as this hobby looks extremely interesting and something I would love to share with my kids...I would hate to lose interest in it simply due to a lack of understanding of the game play.

I actually own a Spiderman Neo, but it is not set up to play right now and I can't remember anything specific about the gameplay

But my own personal opinion is that you should just play, play and play it some more

Otherwise you will miss out on the whole point of Pachinko, which is to learn as you play and then you will enjoy all the little surprises these great machines have to offer

Well, that's my personal opinion anyway

As these are Japanese machines and manufactured solely for the Parlours, it's very unlikely that you will find much written in English regarding them, although a few of our members have fun learning and translating sometimes

The 'Attack' or 'Chance' button as it is often called, will light up and usually a prompt will also appear on screen telling you when to push it

Sometimes Spiderman Neo is referred to as Spiderman 2, and there is a brief guide to the basic parts of the machine, in our Research Centre, here's the link

I'm sure your children will enjoy playing pachinko, children seem to have a natural ability with these machines, I know my own do and quite often get the Fever Rounds

Is your Spiderman Neo in the white and green case too?? I know i have seen it in a few different colourways

Thanks for the help. My kids already seem to have figured out how to manipulate everything better than me. My machine is the one with the green and white case. I chose this machine for two reasons.
1. The "Movie Theme". ..I am putting together a Home Theater in a room in our basement and outside the Theater room there is a concession area with a refreshment bar, a popcorn maker and as of this weekend, A Spiderman pachinko machine (as well as a Lord of the Rings Pachislo machine...which also seems to be fun although we have no idea what we are doing with that machine either)
2. This seemed to be one of the few machines using English as the spoken language.

I'm looking forward to using both of these machines and hopefully gaining a bit of skill so I don't like as pathetic as I do now trying to play as well as answer my children's questions regarding them.

It sounds like you are going to have a wonderful home theatre!!!

I also chose my first pachislo machines based on the 50's theme I was going for in my basement gameroom. I held off getting a pachinko for quite some time, as in my mind, they just didn't fit my theme, but I eventually put my quirkiness aside and will admit that I am glad I did.
