No reward balls spitting out and 'Stop' light on

Hey guys, just bought my first couple and machines which were working great until right now! My machine stopped spitting out reward balls for some reason and I was hoping you guys would know why.

The stop light in the top left is also lit, but I don't know if that's related. I hope this is an easy fix, but I'll be around to provide more details if not!

You have enough balls in hopper tray?

also follow the path of the balls and check if there's no balls jams. It seem that the payout mechanism can't get balls, so your problem is between the payout mechanism and the hopper tray.

Thanks for the tip about the hopper being full! It definitely wasn't full while I was fiddling around with things in the back. Flipped the thing upside down, filled the hopper, and it spit out a ton of balls I guess it owed me! Working fine now, thanks again.

When the upper ball hopper/tray runs low on balls, the 'Stop' light will illuminate and the machine will stop paying out jackpots. The solution is to refill the top hopper and play should resume. Also, as TilionMtl suggests, check for any ball jams that might be stopping the balls from flowing through the ball channels just under the top ball hopper.

I normally like to use 1,500 - 2000 balls in a classic moderm machine like yours. That allows you to play a longer time between hopper refills.
