I think this is the first ones that were made years ago centered around the cartoon spiderman not the movie one. It is not a prototype just not many around anymore, it is as rare as spin luck

The graphics on the playfield look really nice and really new(like Spiderman2 new) but the plastic parts look 70s ish.

I'd like to have it, I'm a comic book freak.

The graphics are definitely recent movie shots. I would almost venture to say it's a custom job of some sort. The pockets are the only thing that shoot my idea down unless it was a Spider man and someone added the background???

David R would be right if you look in the right picture you can see the reflection in the eyes of the villain from the 2nd spiderman movie with the robotic arms, so id says this is definately a custom :!:

It does say it is a custom and it is a one of a kind.

Based on what the seller is saying about it and its operation I put the value at least 200.00. It is a good looking conversion and it's supposed to be mechanically good also.
If someone could sneak this across the Canadian border without too much cost then I think they will have a real winner !

But - I just noticed he is estimating shipping to mid US @ 45.00 ! That seems a bit low from Canada....

Currently 71.00 with 8 more days to go. Hmmm early bidders(why?) have run this up to where it may even at the end go over 200.00. You might want to try contacting him and see if he would at least kinda give a clue where his reserve is. At some point the duty fees may come into play on this unless you can indeed sneek it across!

Look close at the back of the machine, it has been changed, there are a lot of stuff missing. You can tell by the age marks on the board. Something just not right, I would think more of a home custom. But does it really work ? or are my eyes playing tricks ?

    Better minds will know

It does look a bit strange in the back. Also the seller says if it isn't mechanically ok he will pay to have it fixed...yeah and he's in Canada..I think I will pass
