Anyone using Auction Sentry as there sniping program?
I use it infrequently and went to snipe an auction today. The window came up that said the snipe was placed successfully and I was the high bidder. Then when the auction ends the window turns white with red letters. Normal is green if won and red with blue letters if you were outbid.
When I go to the auction it does not list me in bids and the high bid is what it was when I set up the auction.
In my window of the program it lists what the high bid was and my proxy bid that is more than the winning bid was.
I do test auctions with place bid now and they come back successfully and state I am high bidder with the green window.
I then found a cheap auction for a toy ending and set up the snipe. Same thing said it placed bid, I was high bidder. Then it closes and no record of it on the item and white with red window.
I have updated the program, my connection is working. Can someone help with this program? Customer service is only they will get back to you though email someday.

it's a free program if you use their server to make the bids (which is better anyhow)

I use Powersnipe but its not free. There is a yearly membership.

I havent lost a snipe yet with it. It bids in the last 6 seconds before the end of auction and works on its own server so you dont even have to be near a computer at the end of the auction.

And if your retired you just wait till the last and bid what ever you want. If you are outbid you lose.

Yes I know there are others. Except I paid for this one and it works great for me. There is just a glitch in it. Need to figure it out.
